We hereby contractually agree to furnish the materials and perform the labor necessary for the completion of the following including but not limited to items described in the insurance company settlement documentation. We agree to put everything back to its original standing, using the same material quality or better.
Tear off and removing all existing shingles currently installed on your roof, starting right off the existing decking all the way up to the new shingles.
Apply new synthetic underlayment over entire existing roof decking.
Install new metal drip edge if approved by insurance company’s adjuster
Replace all approved roof soft metal accessories, including but not limited to roof pipe jacks
Replace approved existing ventilation
We will re-flash and reseal all chimneys, chases, and stacks for proper installation
All soft metals on roof to be painted to match roof color
All waste on job site will be disposed of by us and a magnet will be used to pickup nails around property as best as we can
